Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can’t come to court because I’m sick or quarantined?The family court is open and ready to serve you. Hearings are being handled remotely, but any issues that may come up in your case are otherwise being addressed as they normally would.
Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?Depositions and mediations, as with court hearings, are proceeding remotely.
